Obituary for Rosalie Jane Zielsdorf (Abrams)
Rosalie “Rosie” J. Zielsdorf, age 60 of Whitehall, passed away on Friday, April 22, 2022 at Gunderson Tri-County Hospital in Whitehall. She was born on July 2, 1961 in Eau Claire to Eugene and Marlene Abrams.
Rosie loved spending time doing anything with her kids and grandkids. She had a very bubbly personality, was very social and boisterous. She also was a very open person with others regarding her health issues. Rosie enjoyed going fishing (even if she was not the one fishing), reading, crafting, embroidering and cookouts.
She is survived by her husband James; children: Shawn (Shauna) Stobb, Rhiana (Christopher) Lemere and Tina (David) Valley; 19 grandchildren; sister Lisa (Tim) Anderson; uncle Carl Abrams; step-siblings: Jim (Andrea) Mizer, Gary Mizer and Deb (Randy) Newbauer.
Preceding her in death are her parents, grand-daughter Kaitlyn Rouse; and sisters Lori Wendt and Karen Abrams.
A celebration life will be held at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, April 30, 2022 at New Beginnings Church, 3221 E Hamilton Ave, Eau Claire with Pastor Russ Atter officiating. Visitation will be held 1 hr. prior to the service. Burial will take place at St. John’s Lutheran Cemetery, Fall Creek at a later date.
